Invite teammates to your AI Agent and choose what each of them can reach: Account Owner, Administrator, Editor, Support, and Chat User, plus how seats work on each plan.
Everyone who signs in to your AI Agent holds a role, and the role decides what they can reach. Manage the team under Settings → Organization → Team Members.
| Role | Can reach |
|---|---|
| Account Owner | Everything, including deleting the AI Agent and managing Administrators. One per AI Agent. |
| Administrator | Full access: Inbox, Knowledge Base, Actions, Channels, settings and billing. Cannot delete the AI Agent. |
| Editor | Inbox and Knowledge Base. |
| Support | Inbox only. |
| Chat User | The Chat Page only, not the app. Use this for people who should talk to the AI Agent, not configure it. |
A locked section still appears in the sidebar for roles that cannot reach it, dimmed and with a tooltip, so nobody has to guess whether a page is missing or restricted.
A seat is one person who can sign in, and the Account Owner takes the first one.
| Free | Starter | Basic | Essential | Professional | Business | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Users (including you) | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 3 | 10 |
Below Professional there is one seat, so there is nobody to invite yet. Enterprise seat counts are agreed separately. The Team Members card shows how many licenses you have left, and the invite form is disabled once they are gone.
Invite someone
Section titled “Invite someone”- Go to Settings → Organization → Team Members.
- Enter their email address and pick a role.
- Send the invite.
They appear in the list as a Pending invitation until they accept, and the list shows when each person was invited or joined. Use the row menu to change a role or remove someone.
On the legacy Basic plan the role selector is disabled and invited teammates are always Administrators. Every current plan supports the full set of roles.
Transfer ownership
Section titled “Transfer ownership”The Account Owner can hand the AI Agent to another Administrator with Make owner. Confirm by typing their email address.
Afterwards, you become an Administrator: you keep the Inbox, Knowledge Base, settings and billing, but you can no longer delete this AI Agent or manage other Administrators. There is exactly one Account Owner at a time, so this cannot be undone from your side.
