What each Quickchat AI plan includes: Knowledge Base article limits, website scrape limits, AI credits, team seats, and which features unlock at which tier.
Every Quickchat AI account is on a plan, and the plan decides four things: how much you can put in the Knowledge Base, how many AI credits you get each month, how many teammates can log in, and which features are switched on. Current prices are on the pricing page.

What counts against each limit
Section titled “What counts against each limit”Knowledge Base articles. Every article is one row in your Knowledge Base, whatever created it: a single page import, one page of a sitemap or site-wide crawl, one uploaded file, one Intercom article, or one you typed yourself. A site-wide crawl of a 400-page site uses 400 articles, so on Free it will stop at 50.
Website pages per scrape. The ceiling on a single import job. It is a separate limit from the article count, and the lower of the two applies.
AI credits. One per AI reply on the standard model, more on the advanced ones. See Understanding AI credits for how they are counted and what happens when you run out.
Users. The number of people who can sign in to your account, you included. Roles are available on every plan; see Team & roles.
Features by tier
Section titled “Features by tier”Hide Quickchat AI branding removes the “Powered by Quickchat AI” line from the widget and chat page. Available from Professional.
Export Conversations downloads full transcripts as CSV or XLSX. Business only. Export Gathered Data and Export AI Insights are not gated this way — see Inbox.
REST API access covers the whole API reference. Business only. Rate limits are documented there.
Everything else — all channels, all integrations, AI Actions, Knowledge Base, Inbox, Insights — is available on every plan, including Free. A channel may still require its own account with that provider (a Meta Business account for WhatsApp, an Intercom subscription for Intercom), and those are billed by the provider, not by us.
Changing plans
Section titled “Changing plans”Upgrading takes effect immediately and the new limits apply straight away.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period, not immediately. There is no proration and no partial refund for the unused part of the period, so you keep the higher plan’s limits until the period ends.
If you are over the new plan’s limits when a downgrade lands, contact us before you switch so we can tell you exactly what happens to your account. Do not assume content over the limit is safe.
