Chat with Quickchat's own Support AI on WhatsApp and securely connect your account, so answers are based on your real AI Agent setup instead of generic help.

Quickchat runs its own Support AI to help you build and operate your AI Agents. On WhatsApp, you can securely connect your Quickchat account to the conversation, so the Support AI answers questions like “is my Knowledge Base up to date?” or “what plan am I on?” using your real setup instead of generic guidance.

Connecting is always an explicit step. The Support AI never recognizes you silently, even if your phone number is on file, and it never signs you in to the dashboard from a chat.

  1. Message the Quickchat Support AI on WhatsApp and ask something about your account. General questions are answered right away; when a question needs your account data, the Support AI offers to connect.
  2. The offer contains a link and a short code (for example K7M-4QP). Open the link: it is a normal Quickchat sign-in page, nothing more.
  3. Sign in as usual. A confirmation page then shows your account (masked email), the WhatsApp number being connected (masked), and the same code the Support AI sent you.
  4. Check that the code on the page matches the code in the chat, then confirm. This match is your guarantee that the page and the conversation belong to the same request.

From then on, your WhatsApp number is connected to your account, and account questions get real answers.

If your account has more than one AI Agent, the Support AI tells you which one it is talking about (the Agent you last opened in the dashboard) and mentions that you can switch. To switch, reply with the other Agent’s name exactly as listed. An ordinary sentence that merely contains an Agent’s name never changes the selection.

Reply UNLINK in the WhatsApp conversation at any time. The connection is removed immediately and the Support AI treats you as a new visitor again. To reconnect later, go through the connection steps again.

  • No automatic sign-in. A link sent in chat always opens a regular sign-in page. Nothing in the conversation can log anyone in to your dashboard.
  • Codes are short-lived and single-use. A connection code expires after 15 minutes and works exactly once. If it expires, just ask again and the Support AI issues a fresh one.
  • Per-number, not per-account. Each WhatsApp number is connected individually. A teammate messaging from their own phone stays anonymous until they complete their own connection.
  • Access follows your account. If your access to the account is removed, the connection stops working automatically. After 12 months without messages, you are asked to connect again.
  • Reading answers still requires the phone. The Support AI shares account details only in the connected WhatsApp conversation itself, never anywhere else.
