In this guide, we'll go through how to integrate your AI Assistant into Messenger. Here's an overview of what we'll cover:

Prerequisites​

To connect Facebook Messenger with Quickchat AI, you will need a Facebook Business account. As per Facebook Business requirements, you can only connect one AI Assistant to one account. Please keep that in mind, when setting up.

Connect your AI Assistant to Messenger​

Navigate to Integrations in the Quickchat AI App. Click on Messenger and then click on the button "Login with Facebook Business".

Integration with Messenger

A pop-up window from Facebook should appear.

  1. Log in to the desired account.
  2. Choose the Pages you want Quickchat AI to access.
  3. Review what Quickchat AI is requesting permission to do.
  4. If you don't see any errors, you have successfully connected the Messenger account to your AI Assistant 🎉

Upon completing these steps, your users can text the account on Messenger and your AI Assistant will reply. 🎉
